Terms of Service

1. Licence, not a sale

A key grants a limited, revocable licence to use ESP MENU. It is not ownership of the software. Keys are personal, may not be shared, resold or leaked, and may be revoked for abuse without refund.

2. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, unpack, redistribute or resell the executable.

3. No warranty

Provided as is. No guarantee of uptime, detection immunity or fitness for purpose. Game updates may render it temporarily unusable.

4. Account risk

Any cheat carries a risk of account action. You accept that risk entirely and agree to use an account you can afford to lose.

5. Refunds

At staff discretion, handled through the Discord ticketing system.
